Our Services	Repeat Prescription Service
Acute Dispensing	Repeat Prescriptions are medicines that your GP has agreed that you may re-order further supplies as you require them. To re-order these medicines you can either email your requirements to charlestownscripts@nhs.net, use the re-order form on the home-page of this website or hand in your repeat slip to the surgery. Repeat prescriptions will be ready for collection two working days after order. Please allow extra time over weekends and bank-holidays when ordering. With the patient's permission the repeat prescription can be handed directly to this pharmacy and can be ready and waiting for collection two working days after order. If you have ran out of your medication in most cases our pharmacists can issue an emergency supply of medication or if not possible arrange for a referral to the out of hours service when the surgery is closed.
