|Our Services||High Risk Medicine Service|
If you have been prescribed Warfarin, Lithium or Methotrexate you may be asked by one of our Pharmacists to take part in a High Risk Medicine Review.
This is a new National service your Pharmacist has been asked to provide which aims to review the use of these higher risk medicines and make sure they are being used safely.
You will be asked to allow some time (typically 10-15 minutes) for the pharmacist to discuss your use of this medicine, privately, in our dedicated consultation room.
If any issues are identified your Pharmacist will work with you and your doctor to try and resolve any problems found.
